Here’s a continuation from yesterday’s part 2 of our A-Z guide.

L-P

Lullabies – Whilst lullabies are not a product, we’ve all had one sang to us and they work a charm and are ideal for calming your little one down or getting them off to sleep soundly. When your baby is inside the womb, research suggests that they can recognise the sound of your voice, so you could sing lullabies whilst you are pregnant too. Common lullabies include ‘Twinkle, twinkle, little star,’ ‘Frere Jacques’ and ‘Hush, little baby.’

Monitor – Baby monitors are great for when your little one is sleeping or just wants to their own thing. Baby monitors are designed to ease your mind as they allow you to hear and keep a close eye on your little one no matter what time of the day. Having a monitor allows you to get on with your housework and make yourself a cuppa without shadowing over your little one 24/7. You’ll find plenty on websites such as Mothercare, Argos and John Lewis.

Nappies – As new parents, you’ll go through a dozen of nappies so make sure that you stock up on plenty. We recommend Pampers Premium Protection (RRP £8) that offers comfort and protection to your baby thanks to the silky soft materials used, a wetness indicator and three absorbing channels that help to distribute wetness evenly for up to 12 hours of dryness.

OXO Tot Step Stool (pictured)– Your little one is sure to feel like one of the big kids with the help of the OXO Tot Step Stool (RRP £18). The step stool has been designed to give your little one that much needed boost so when it comes to them washing their face and brushing their teeth on their own they can do so independently and with confidence. In addition the step stool has a non-slip pattern on the surface which will keep your child’s little feet from slipping while the non-slip base keeps the step stool in place.

Potty Chair (pictured) – Being able to tackle toilet training is a huge milestone for both children and parents alike and witnessing this first-hand as a new parent will fill you with joy. Toilet training can be a challenging time but with the help of OXO Tot’s Potty Chair (RRP £26) your little one is sure to master toilet training with confidence. With a supportive backrest and a seamless seat design, the potty chair offers lots of comfort for little bottoms.

Stay tuned for part 4 of our A-Z guide that’ll be live tomorrow!
