We all love this time of year when the seasons are changing and all of the new Halloween and dare I say it, Christmas food products are hitting the shelves. We know it seems mad to see the shelves stacked full of advent calendars in September but isn’t it exciting? So ditch the ice lollies as were giving you the lowdown on what’s new on the supermarket shelves.

Reese’s Christmas Collection
Reese’s awesome Christmas Collection is perfect for those who love chocolate and peanut butter. New this year, you can expect to see Reese’s Snowman Advent Calendar (RRP £9.99) and Reese’s Advent Calendar (RRP £4) lining the shelves of supermarkets including Tesco, Asda, Morrison’s and Sainsbury’s.

Magioni Cauliflower Pizza Base (RRP £3.29)
Recently added to the shelves of Waitrose, you’ll find the new veggie pizza bases from Magioni. These pizza bases come in packs of two and are made with less flour and more vegetables like courgettes and cauliflowers. A healthier alternative to dough, these pizza bases contribute to one of your five-a-day, plus you can add your very own toppings and sauces to suit your own tastes.

Dolmio Veggie Goodness Pasta Sauce Range (RRP £1.99/340g pouch)
Ideal for busy mums who are looking for quick and nutritious meal options, this new range from Dolmio offers four new varieties to choose from and contains 2 of your five-a-day with each portion. Containing the Italian flavours of basil and garlic, the new range combines juicy tomatoes with healthy wholesome veggies too. They are available now from all good supermarkets nationwide.

Hershey’s Cookies n Crème Advent Calendar (RRP £4.99)
Uh-oh, we’re back at the chocolate again! We’re just over three months away until Christmas and now is the time to start thinking about what advent calendar you want this year. This Hershey’s Cookies n Crème Advent Calendar is great for all of you that are a fan of Hershey’s chocolate. New this year, the calendar contains Cookies n Crème treats including Hershey’s Kisses and a surprise treat behind the 24th door.

Pumpkins
Ok, so we are cheating a little with this one but with Halloween just around the corner, of course pumpkins are going to be fronting supermarkets everywhere! Whether you like a big or small pumpkin you can do so much with them, from creating cool carvings (or at least trying to) to scooping out the insides to make a delicious pumpkin soup or pie!
