[AD] We here at UKMums.TV love Shimmer ’n Sparkle InstaGlam, the fabulous children’s makeup brand, but don’t just take our word for it… as our mums at home to do too!
It’s safe to say that InstaGlam is a hit with children aged 5+, but here are just a few snapshots of what our mums really thought.

“From my point of view, I have never been a huge fan of makeup on children, but she certainly does enjoy playing with it and these little Instaglam doll compacts are cute and age-appropriate. It stops her from pinching my makeup, which is a good thing. The makeup isn’t too thick and it comes off easily with water. She hasn’t had any kind of reaction to it, which is usually my first concern with ‘play’ makeup. I think that the Instaglam dolls are a new twist on the classic compact and at £9.99 would make a fun present for a kid who loves to do their makeup.”

“Arabella was luckily gifted two – Evie and Luna, both rocking a cute outfit, funky hair and sassy pose… Arabella actually fainted, (pretend fainted as she is a true drama queen) when she unlocked them to find makeup, two eyeshadow, two lip glosses, vanity mirror and lipstick! Perfect for kiddos to take around whenever they may have a creative moment. We did search for the applicator brushes as we were a tad too eager and ignored the paper guide, but how cute is this- it’s the hair clips! You pull them out and they are lip and eye shadow applicator ends- so cool.”

“There are four dolls to collect – Nina, Luna, Hayley, and Evie – each with their own style and look making them a really funky and fun collectable. Embedded within each doll is a different makeup colour palette. I love how the design of the InstaGlam dolls make this a toy rather than just makeup. However, the makeup itself is real, which for them makes it all feel much more grown up.”
