This week, we’ve been introducing Cartoonito’s brilliant new pre-school series, Batwheels. By now, you’ll know what the show is about, who the main characters are and why our families have been loving it. But here are our top five reasons why you need to be watching the show with your little ones…

1. Relatable and aspirational for young children

The Batwheels are newly-minted vehicles with little to no life experience. They’re essentially little kids, who are navigating the same growing pains of being a child that little ones watching the show will be able to relate with. Of course, they’re also completely new to the hero world and live in a universe where Batman and his fellow DC Super Heroes exist to keep everyone safe in Gotham City, which adds a ton of excitement to the mix and makes it entertaining and inspiring for young fans.

2. It teaches kids good values

Targeted at children aged 4-6, Batwheels is a super-relatable and aspirational show that is packed with important teachings. When watching the series, little ones will learn the value of self-confidence, friendship and teamwork.

3. It’s a great introduction to the world of DC Super Heroes for young children

This brand new show is packed with action and adventure, as well as hilarious comedy with fun vehicles called the Batwheels, plus a host of DC Super Heroes including Batman, Robin and Batgirl.

4. The entertaining and thrilling storylines

Batwheels is the first-ever DC preschool series, offering young viewers a high-speed, vibrant CGI-animated version of the Caper Crusader. The series follows the adventures of a team of crime-fighting super-vehicles, the Batwheels, plus a host of DC Super Heroes including Batman, Batgirl and Robin to keep the streets of Gotham City safe. Whether it’s facing down the Legion of Zoom or one of Gotham City’s notorious Super-Villains, the Batwheels will use their incredible gadgets and creative teamwork to save the day.

5. It’s got a great voice cast!

This exciting show has a star-studded voice cast. Ethan Hawke voices Batman, Jacob Bertrand is Bam the Batmobile, and AJ Hudson is the voice behind Duke Thomas/Robin. And going bumper-to-bumper against the heroes, the DC Super-Villain voice cast line-up includes Gina Rodriguez (Jane the Virgin) as Catwoman, Xolo Maridueña as Snowy the Snowcrawler, and Tom Kenny as Crash.

Tune into Batwheels from this Saturday (18th March) from 8AM on Cartoonito on Sky 610, Virgin Media 706 or NOW. New episodes will be available to watch thereafter at all month and beyond– only on Cartoonito!
