When we think about family days out with the kids, our thoughts don’t often turn to festivals, and it’s not surprising with all of the rowdy crowds, loud music and alcohol going around. With not much to keep the kids entertained and poor toilet facilities, festivals can be a recipe for disaster. But not any more… There are now lots of festivals up and down the country that welcome both adults and children with open arms. All of which offer a chilled atmosphere and plenty of activities for the whole family to get stuck into. Here are the best family-festivals for you to look forward to this summer holiday.
