This year, Sudocrem has launched its Get Out and Grow campaign. The campaign encourages children and their parents to swap blue light for sunlight and spend more time outside, planting seeds and growing together.
No garden? No worries. Get Out and Grow is all about optimising whatever space is to-hand and a kitchen windowsill can be just as good as an allotment when it comes to teaching your children about nature.
Who wants to grow the tallest sunflower? We do! And we want to see yours too. Working alongside Clifton Nurseries, Playforce and Greenfingers Charity, Get Out and Grow will host competitions like this.
Where does Sudocrem fit in? Sudocrem has just released a product called ‘My Little Sudocrem’ which is perfect for little green fingers! It’s soothing and ideal for treating skin exposed to the wear and tear of gardening.
In celebration, we’re giving four lucky readers the chance to bag themselves a Get Out and Grow Goody Bag! Ideal for 2–5 year olds, each goody bag includes the following items:
