Who doesn’t love a good picnic?! With the warmer months now upon us (and hopefully here to stay for a bit), what better way to spend a Saturday or Sunday than with your family in a nice setting with some good picnic food? But forget over processed sausage rolls and boring sandwiches, you can make your picnic basket exciting and full of colour with these 10 easy recipes!

Italian pasta salad
Kids will love it, adults will love it, it’s a real all-rounder! This easy pasta salad takes no time to create and is full of flavour.

Potato salad – Another carb full dish, but don’t just stick to cooked spuds and mayo, jazz the recipe up a little with buttermilk, honey, red pepper and herbs!

Corn salad – A really simple, child friendly salad dish that’s packed with veggies and flavour!
