[AD] Within each Ravel Tales you can learn to make some cool craft projects from friendship bracelets to fluffy pom poms!

Take a look at these two ideas below and get crafting! Remember there are more projects that you can craft, so pick up a Ravel Tales today for more cool ideas!

Ravel Tales Friendship Bracelets

Use the thin weight yarn to make braided, friendship bracelets.

Step One: Use a ruler to measure out three strands to be 10 inches in length. Do not cut in between. Once measured, then cut off the excess yarn. Be sure to help little ones with any cutting.

Step Two: Create a loop at the top and secure with a knot to begin the braiding process. The loop should be as wide as the Ravel Tales charm you choose.

Step Three: Begin to braid.

Step Four: Once you are close to the end of the braid, make a knot and leave enough yarn strands at the end to tie the charm onto the bracelet.

Step Five: Place the top loop over the charm to close and connect the bracelet.

Ravel Tales Pom Pom

Use the medium yarn to make a pom pom.

Step One: Have an adult help with cutting a string to 6 inches long and set aside.

Step Two: Wrap yarn string around the u-shaped pom pom maker about 25 times. If you don’t have a Ravel Tales yet, you can create this U-shape with a piece of card. Do not wrap the yarn too tightly.

Step Three: Take the 6-inch string and tie in the middle as shown. Leave tie strings open and do not trim.

Step Four: Slide scissors under the yarn edge and cut along each side of the pom pom maker to release the pom pom.

Step Five: Remove the pom pom and fluff and trim (if needed) to make a circle.

Step Six: Tie the pom pom onto the Ravel Tales clip.
