Doing Dry January? You Need These Mocktails in Your Life!

We love these fruity concoctions.

Not only are they alcohol free — so perfect mocktails for Dry January — but they’re also packed with fruity goodness, so go towards your 5 a day!

Fruity Mocktails

Raspberry Toast

Serves 1

Ingredients:

8 raspberries

30ml white peach puree

20ml raspberry syrup

60ml pressed apple juice

Ginger Beer

Lime to garnish

To Make:

Build over crushed ice in a sling glass, stir, top with ginger beer.

Garnish with a lime wedge and a raspberry.

Summer Berry Sling

Serves 1

Ingredients:

4-6 strawberries

10ml ginger syrup

10ml fresh lemon juice

60ml cranberry juice

60ml pressed apple juice

Lemon to garnish

To Make:
Muddle the strawberries in a shaker, then add the elderflower cordial, ginger syrup, fresh lemon juice, cranberry juice
and pressed apple juice.

Shake hard and strain
over cubed ice in a hi-ball glass.

Garnish with a sliced lemon and strawberry.

Blackberry and Apple Fizz

Serves 1

Ingredients:

6 blackberries 

6-8 mint leaves 

80ml pressed apple juice 

10ml lime juice 

12.5ml sugar syrup 

Dash elderflower cordial 

Mint leaves to garnish 

To Make:

Shake all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker then double strain over crushed ice into a sling glass. 

Garnish with a mint sprig.

Shirley Temple

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 handful premium ice

1/4 measure grenadine

1/4 measure lemon juice

Ginger ale to top up

To Make:

Fill a glass with ice and
pour in the grenadine and lemon juice.

Top up with ginger ale and serve!

Blackberry Limeade

Serves 6

Ingredients:

6 handfuls party ice

6 cups of still water

4 handfuls blackberries

3/4 measure sugar syrup

1 measure lime juice

Lime to garnish

To Make:


Add 1 cup of water and all the blackberries to a blend and blend for 30 seconds.

Once smooth, sieve into a large pitcher discarding the seeds.

Add the remaining water, party ice, lime juice and sugar syrup to a pitcher and stir.

Once the sugar syrup has dissolved, add a lime slice to each glass and serve!
