Hilarious’ ***** Amazon Reviewer

When Melvin and his family move to Donut, he thinks it’s the most rubbish town ever. Until he meets his mystery-obsessed neighbour, Rhubarb, who takes her role as a journalist for the school newspaper very seriously. Unfortunately, nothing ever happens in Donut so she doesn’t have much to write about. But then the Donut Hole Monsters turn up and everyone starts acting strangely.

Can they get to the bottom of it before the whole town is brainwashed?

Meet the Characters:

The Daily Donut Club

Rhubarb, Yoshi and their newest recruit Melvin love to investigate the strange goings on in Donut for their school’s newspaper, The Daily Donut. Everybody is welcome to join The Daily Donut Club but they do have a few rules to help solve mysteries:

  2. Be Nosey
  3. Trust Your Hunch
  4. Don’t Trust Your Hunch

  1. Reading is for losers
  2. No talking to Daily Donut losers
  3. Never get excited
  4. Check hair a lot
  5. Walk like you can’t be bothered
  6. Memorise The Cool Rools
