To celebrate the launch of their new kids’ specials, we’ve teamed up with Kansas City pit masters Prairie Fire to give one lucky family of four (two adults, two children) the chance to win a meal!
Located in West London in the White City railway arches, Prairie Fire are known for their authentic KC low ‘n slow BBQ meats – meaning low heat and long hours in the smoker on a bed of park and hickory wood.
The brand-new kids’ specials are available for under 12’s whilst dining in and include a cheeseburger, fries and drink, a hotdog, fries and drink or a mac ‘n’ cheese, fries and drink for just £7.50.
Burgers are made with Prairie Fire’s own bespoke HG Walter beef blend – 40-day dry aged rib cap, chuck steak and brisket patties griddled, resulting in a deliciously tender and tasty burger.
Grown-ups can opt for slow-smoked favourites such as brisket and applewood smoked pork as well as lots of vegan and veggie options. Complimenting the BBQ perfectly is Prairie Fire’s unique range of craft beers in their taproom.
