Dinosaurs have truly dominated this year and have captivated the minds of our children. And that’s why Dinosaurs are easy picks when it comes to selecting toys for our kids to play with.

We’ve already shared how awesome the Schleich Dinosaur range is and why you should purchase some of your own, but we couldn’t just let you take our word for it!

That’s why we asked our expert mum bloggers what they and their little ones thought, find out more below!

“The figures are all high quality and well made, and our very rapidly expanding collection is played with often. We have a good number of Schleich dinosaurs already, but couldn’t resist taking a look at some of the brand new cave playset which includes some dinosaurs I almost guarantee you’ll not have heard of before – the Herrerasaurus, Psittacosaurus and Microraptor – as well as small T-Rex and Velociraptor figures… We were also sent a set of two small but very well-known and fearsome meat-eating dinosaurs; a Tyrannosaurus Rex and a Velociraptor. Both around 16cm long, the brightly coloured T-Rex is different to the one we already have – a lot more fun! After all, we have no idea what colour dinos were, so why not blue, yellow and red?”

“Caves are always fun to play with, but the Dino Cave is even more fun, because when you set it up, it’s a solid cave with a gorgeous fossil on it. Then things get interesting. This isn’t *just* a cave. This cave is also capable of chaos and disaster! You can set up the cave to collapse on unsuspecting dinos! Dinos and disasters go hand in hand. We love this and after Lyoto showed me how to slot the bits of rock together, I was hugely impressed. I was even more impressed though [and slightly scared] when we discovered that it can also be set up as a CATAPULT. Oh yes. You can send a piece of rock hurtling through the air by catapulting it and it’s pretty awesome. Besides the cave set ups, the boys’ favourite part of the set was the t-rex skull. It’s pretty awesome. The jaw works [like the Herrasaurus I’m told by Hero].”

“Schleich are busy prepping for Dinovember with their fab choice of Dinosaur toys. Like all of the other Schleich toy figures, the attention to detail is immense! From the vibrant colours, facial expressions and their pose. They really are very realistic, from the way the skin folds around the limbs to the scales. Each of the dinosaurs has a different textured skin which helps little ones understand more about various dinosaur species. Schleich Dinosaur Figures Are Perfect For Little Prehistoric Fans.”
